WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

If your livestock is DOA, a credit may be provided at the discretion of SALGADO AQUATICS. Please email a photo of the fish in the bag and out of the bag. Please provide a picture of the DOA coral in the bag and out of the bag.

Some times a fish or coral may be experiencing shipping stress. Please put the fish or coral in your system and allow proper acclimation. Corals may arrive "closed" and must be put in a tank to open up. 

 

If a fish or coral is not doing well when it arrives, please document with photos and let us know via email so that we can assess the situation and go from there. We understand that things happen and we are always willing to work with our customers to come up with a proper solution. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We ship and deliver locally on Monday - Thursday. Please choose a shipping day at check out. We ship via Air Cargo or UPS Next Day Air. If you choose Air Cargo, it will most likely arrive the same day it is shipped or the next day, depending on the hours of your local air cargo. A tracking number will be provided once it's shipped. UPS Next Day Air will arrive the next day after it is shipped. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. 

CAN YOU HOLD MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders. Your order will go out on the next shipping day.

What if I have to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order there is a 25% restocking fee. When you place your order, we hold your items until the order is fulfilled. These items are taken off the site and not longer available to anyone so if you cancel your order we lose out on possibly selling it to another customer.
