SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
As of right now, our shipping days are Wednesday & Thursday. We ship via same day Southwest Cargo or UPS Next Day Air.
Southwest Cargo: In most cases, you will receive your order the same day it ships or at the latest, the next day. This is subject to flight times and the hours of operations at your location. Shipping costs are based on the size of your order. You pay your shipping costs upon pick up from your local air cargo. An AWB will be provided once your package is shipped.

UPS Next Day Air: Your order is delivered to you on the day after it is shipped. In most cases it is delivered by 12pm (your time) and a signature is required. Please be sure someone is home to receive your package. A tracking number will be provided once it's shipped.
We are not responsible for shipping delays that our out of our control. This is includes and is not limited to weather delays, mechanical failures or airline issues. You must pick up your order from the airline. If you refuse your order, you waive all rights to file a claim. If there are any issues with the airline, you must file a claim with the airline. We are happy to help in any way.

All orders are to be picked up from the designated airport within 3 hours of arrival. If your order arrives outside of business hours, you must pick up your order within 2 hours of opening time. Failure to do so will result in waiving your right to file a DOA claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the complex shipping process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you received a DOA, you must email us a clear photo of your DOA's inside of the bag and out. You may use a white foam lid. Please allow 24 hours for us to review photos and respond to your DOA claim. In most cases, a DOA credit is provided for your next order. Under any circumstances will a refund be provided. If a fish arrives unwell, please email or call us immediately. We work with all of our customers to fix any issue that arise.

By signing up for a wholesale account, you agree to no credit/debit card chargebacks. If a charge back is initiated, you will be banned from our site. Our goal is continued growth and without satisfied customers we are unable to do that. Please reach out with any questions.
